Style through Contrast works with the visual relationships between the body's shapes through the lines, volumes and proportions of clothing. The design introduces intentional differences that can rebalance or transform the overall perception of the Image.
Contrast does not imply that a body is wrong: it is a choice of visual language, used when a particular visual Effect is desired.

How it can take shape
This approach can be applied to ready-to-wear garments, bespoke creations, projects connected with Art and designs for special occasions, including Bridal Styling. The occasion does not determine the Style: the Image design guides the choices.

Illustrative example
For example, a figure with shoulders broader than the hips may use volume in the lower part of an outfit to alter the visual relationship between those areas.
